Приближаются сроки наступления административной ответственности в случае неразмещения информации в ГИС ЖКХ

С 1 января 2018 года все предприятия в сфере ЖКХ будут привлечены к административной ответственности в случае неразмещения информации в ГИС ЖКХ. Кроме того, потребитель получит право не платить за услуги ЖКХ до тех пор, пока данные не будут загружены в систему. За неисполнение 209-ФЗ от 21.07.2014 года для ресурсо-снабжающих организаций и управляющих компаний определен штраф в размере до 300 тыс. рублей. За повторные нарушения — лишение лицензии на деятельность.
