Задолженность Минобороны за услуги ЖКХ выросла

С 1 ноября все жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство военных городков полностью перейдет под управление Центрального жилищно-коммунального управления Минобороны (ЦЖКУ). По словам экспертов, это приведет к дальнейшему усугублению ситуации с многомиллионной задолженностью военных перед поставщиками ресурсов.

Так, например, только в Сибирском федеральном округе, по данным полномочного представительства президента России в СФО, просроченная задолженность организаций военного ведомства перед ресурсоснабжающими организациями составляет около 3 млрд рублей.

Задолженность ЦЖКУ перед поставщиками и неподготовленность жилого фонда к зиме – прямое следствие недофинансирования коммунальных структур из фонда Министерства обороны. В руководстве военного ведомства проблему не отрицают, однако решать не спешат.
